Volunteer Expenses & Timesheets

Volunteers should use the monthly Expenses form to claim back their expenses –this form should be returned to Home-Start Southport & Formby as soon as possible after the last day of each month. Please send this form even if you are donating your expenses back to Home-Start.

Volunteers should use the monthly Time Sheet to record all time spent on Home-Start activities—visiting a family, attending a training course, helping out at the Family Group etc. Please send this form to Home-Start Southport & Formby as soon as possible after the last day of each month. If you have nothing to record on your timesheet then please ring the office to let them know. It is important that we keep an accurate record of volunteer hours as they are used for our statistics and for funding bids.
